Rosie and Jims Childcare Limited offers excellent Special Needs Support. We have a dedicated team of SENDCOs who work within our settings and are managed by our Company SENDCO.

Meet Natalie

Natalie has worked at Rosie and Jims since 2023. Natalie holds the title Company Sendco and Early Years Curriculum Lead. She is a qualified teacher and holds the qualification, National Award for SEN Coordination. Natalie is based in Coventry and works in person at all our Coventry Settings, as well as assisting our Setting sendco in Liverpool. Hear from Natalie below:

“Inclusion is paramount in all of our settings regardless of additional needs and language barriers. I am passionate about early identification which is why I left teaching a primary schools to move into early years. By identifying needs early we can ensure that each child is supported to overcome any possible barriers and develop their independance.

Using our SEND Identification Process, where we work closely with children and their families, we can ensure that each child with additional needs, achieves the best outcomes and can transition into school wit the support they need and deserve. “

Rosie and Jim's Nurseries are dedicated to providing excellent SEND support to all children.

Our highly trained staff work closely with parents and external agencies to identify any specific needs a child may have and develop a personalised plan to support their learning and development.

We provide a nurturing environment where all children are encouraged to learn and grow, regardless of their abilities. Our inclusive approach ensures that every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
